We are looking for a Customer Care Agent in Hungary to join the rapidly growing Barion team!
Barion is one of CEE’s leading payment service provider with more than 12 000 merchants and 350 000 users. We specialize in data-driven payment solutions for e-shops but offer a variety of different payment methods to businesses. Our goal is to create a cashless society with the help of the latest paytech solutions. Barion is currently present in Austria, Czechia, Germany, Hungary and Slovakia.
Your responsibility as a Customer Care Agent will be to manage customer request and complaints from Hungarian, German, and Austrian markets. You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction which means that you have to manage their needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. Most of your time will be dedicated to solve and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Barion is based in Budapest, but you will need to support the company in its expansion to Hungary, Germany and Austria that will allow you to work remotely all the time.
