We are looking for Customer Care Agents in Hungary to join the rapidly growing Barion team!

About the job

We are looking for a Customer Care Agents to support Czech and Slovak markets You will be responsible for customer satisfaction which means that you have to manage their needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. Most of your time will be dedicated to resolve and escalate complaints across several communication channels. Barion is based in Budapest, but you will need to support the company in its expansion to Czech Republic and Slovakia that will allow you to work 100% remotely all the time.

What you'll do

  • Managing customer complaints, questions through official customer support and social media channels
  • Handling customer issues by phone
  • Handling and documenting postmails
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
  • Providing customers with technical support
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Supporting the customer care, sales and account management teams
  • Managing Account Verificaton
  • Managing Video Identification

Who you are

  • You are enthusiast about the FinTech sector (Online Payments, Digital Banking)
  • You prefer to work in a start-up environment, that’s where you can really shine
  • You have Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience as a Customer Care Agent
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • You are fluent in Czech, excellent in Slovak and English/Hungarian
  • You have strong knowledge of IT processes and terminology
  • You can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
