We are looking for a Customer Care Agents to support Czech and Slovak markets You will be responsible for customer satisfaction which means that you have to manage their needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. Most of your time will be dedicated to resolve and escalate complaints across several communication channels. Barion is based in Budapest, but you will need to support the company in its expansion to Czech Republic and Slovakia that will allow you to work 100% remotely all the time.
